In modern home and commercial scenes, TV mobile carts have become popular products due to their convenience and functionality. Its molding process directly affects the quality, durability and appearance of the product, and has become a core link for manufacturers.

Material selection and pretreatment

TV mobile carts usually use metal or alloy materials (such as aluminum alloy, stainless steel) as the main frame to ensure structural strength and corrosion resistance. Some high-end products will combine engineering plastics or wood finishes to enhance the aesthetics. The materials need to be cut, polished and rust-proofed before processing to ensure the accuracy and stability of subsequent processes.

Welding and assembly process

The molding of metal frames mainly depends on welding technology. Modern production lines mostly use laser welding or argon arc welding to achieve seamless connection and avoid deformation or defects that may be caused by traditional welding. After welding, the frame needs to be calibrated and polished to ensure accurate dimensions and smooth surface.

Injection molding of plastic parts

If the cart contains plastic parts (such as trays and partitions), the injection molding process is used. High-precision molds are combined with high-temperature molten plastics to quickly mold complex structures. The key to the injection molding process lies in mold design and temperature control, which directly affect the strength and appearance details of the parts.

Surface treatment and painting

To improve wear resistance and visual effects, the surface of the cart is often electroplated, sprayed or anodized. The spraying process requires strict control of coating thickness and uniformity to avoid color difference or peeling; anodizing gives metal parts wear and corrosion resistance.

Quality inspection and assembly

The finished product must pass multiple inspection processes, including load-bearing tests, stability verification and appearance inspections. Qualified parts are precisely assembled to form a TV mobile cart that is both functional and aesthetic.

As consumers' requirements for product quality increase, the refinement and automation of the molding process will become an industry trend, pushing TV mobile carts to higher standards.
